Legal Counsel – Norther NV

What would be your responsibilities?

• Pragmatically addressing and tackling all kinds of legal inquiries and provide hands-on advice on all legal aspects within the operation of our offshore windfarm.
• Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts for operation and maintenance as well as specific offshore service agreements and efficiently resolve any contractual disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Managing corporate housekeeping matters and other legal documents.
• Keeping abreast of legal developments and new legislation affecting our operations and provide guidance on their implication

• A master’s degree in Law of a Belgian university.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably including a minimum of 3 years of experience at a Belgian law firm.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex legal issues.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Native language Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
